Additionally included in this recent photograph drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory. The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million. The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir. You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right. The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing distinct areas of the land. In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
